What is photography?

1) Erik asks to the audience "Is it photography?"
2) Erik's first real passion was drawing.
3) Erik previously thought that he had to be at the right place at the right time and that anyone could do it.
4) This inspired him because he wanted to create something different.
5) Eriks common goal in all of his pictures is to capture realism.
6) Realism: looks like it could have been captured in a photograph. Photo realism.
7) The principles that he adheres are having the same perspective, the same lighting, and the seamless transition.
8) It is easier to create a place rather than to find a place because then you don't need to compromise with the ideas in your head.
9) He starts with a sketch and then starts to combine the different photographs.
10) Your result can be beautiful and also quite realistic, so all the tools are out there and the only thing that stops us is our imagination.
