Tutorial pt 2

I started off by using the smart blu tool then readjusting the radius and threshold levels. I turned the percentage on the photo down to 25%. I then changed the mode to overlay edge instead of normal. I repeated these steps a few more times but just readjusting and tweaking the steps each time a little bit to make it my own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q79j_Eg_1Ww

Creating a black and white filter and text on an image -open up photo in photoshop -go to the right panel and find adjustments -find the black and white adjustment tool  (add contrast and adjust brightness as needed) -go to left side tools and find the T tool -then click on the part of the photo where you want the text to be -you can adjust the size of the text and font at the top of the screen -to deselect the text press the pointer tool -save your image  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3asqlda1fqg

Reflection

For semester one in Creative Photography I think that the quality of my work was good. I do not feel that it was great because I am personally not very creative with picturing things in my head of how I want it to be. I tried my best. I put in a lot of effort, but I feel that it does not look like it. I do not feel like I participated that much (getting involved in speaking in class about my projects). I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement for me and I will definitely be trying my hardest this semester. I need to adjust to the timing of uploading because that was hard for me last semester, that is also something I need to improve on. The quality of my work as far as my images including contrast, focus, and composition I feel was very good and I think I have a good eye for taking photos. I also think the quality of the subject matter that I did for each assignment was also good. I think fulfilling the assignment to my full ability truly depended on the assignment, I think...
